Pre arrival communication was lacking. Checkin went very smooth, but the lead up due to my late arrival (1am) and no communication was stressful. The room was sufficient for my needs. The massage area was clean, but be very sure to Clearly Communicate the timing, style to avoid any misunderstanding and discomfort during your Massage. The shower drain was slow to drain and the hand held wand leaked. (Though that just needed tightening which I did myself.) The location is very close and convenient to old town, the walk is slightly confusing due to construction and road closures, and you need to cross very busy roadways to get there. But it is certainly doable. Besides one interaction that made me feel uncomfortable , Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

最高 The room was spacious, fresh and spotlesdly clean, with excellent bedding, linens, towels and a very good bathroom with a fabulous shower. The hotel is of an interesting design, large and elegant

The room was ok but basic things were not inside unless you ask for them like hand towels, extra toilet paper etc. room and common areas had roaches so not great either. Area is ok and you are close to Cafe Batavia which is really nice but other than that not much to do around. The same with breakfast, some local items are there but other you have to request for so not ideal.

Nice staff. Great amenities, such as the pool, morning buffet, laundry, and gym. Easy access to tourist sights. The room is clean, up to date, and complete grooming kit.

Woke up to cockroaches in my bed. Terrible experience. Hotel moved me to a new room. I reported this to hotels.com and have yet to be contacted by customer service. I also never received an apology by any hotel management.
