Everything was just ok. Hotel is rather dated and feels like the place needs a bit of revamp. But decent value for money. But dont expect luxury.

Staff was great and respectful. They remembered your names and were very helpful. The Tour Company located within the hotel Blackstone Tourism Group headed by Kookie and Kristna our tour guide, was amazing. This company arranged all our tours and Kristna stayed with us no matter the time whether it was 11pm or midnight. He also respectfully would guide us on appropriate behaviors within this culture with us coming from a western society and not wanting to offend. Breakfast you won’t want to miss. It was quite a spread and you get an assortment of western and local dishes also omlettes could be made to order. Room was pleasant and good size. We had no complaints.

Clean, walking distance. Staffs are friendly and efficient.

I was put in a room where you can hear the club music every night until 3am every night, flies in the bathroom and main bedroom. Ceiling particles falling on my belongings. Reception staff not the friendliest.

Very friendly staff. Nice America sport bar with excellent food and fair price. Walking distances to Emirates Mall. Lots off professional message spa near hotel.

It is foraway from airport almost 1 hour .

My check-in time was 3PM, still 5PM room was not ready. For the room service. I requested the water bottle at 9AM to take my medication, got that by 10:30AM after lot of calls.

Property has nice rooms and great staff, but pool and amenities are not so good.

Stayed for business. Good and convenient location.

Room was clean with all the supply’s and it was send to us when required in very timely manner
