Rooms are so clean and comfortable. However, the amenities were bare minimum. There's only a hand and body wash combination bottle in the bathroom and 2 paper cups. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was good. However, I did not like the neighborhood, since it was filled with graffiti and trash all around. Also, everything was closed on Sunday.

Helpful reception staff, basic but good breakfast, very clean room, comfy bed, good air conditioning and we had a lovely quiet room at the back of the hotel. 30 min walk south of Termini station away from Central area, fine if you are happy to walk, and buses were local. But, felt like a sketchy area after dark, with lots of homeless to be walked past around the station area. The reception is not staffed overnight which means no support for any issues that arise. No issues for 3 nights but on the 4th night we had room neighbours who partied loudly from 2-5am, so worth considering impact of no option for support.

Very clean rooms, kind staff, the best breakfast!

The room was large and very clean. Lots of restaurants and shopping in area. 20 minute walk to Roma Termini. We only stayed 1 night before our early morning flight home.

Room Was wide and mostly clean. Some bits of the walls were dirty. The breakfast was good as well. Location it’s not the best as it’s located in a very noisy and far area at night. The staff was very helpful.

Highly recommended. The B&B Hotel Roma San Lorenzo Termini was an excellent choice for our Rome vacation, offering comfort and unbeatable public transport access at a great price point. Breakfast was amazing. Stuff were very kind and helpful.

Stayed here for one night at the end of the trip. We thought it was closer to Ternini train startion but it was about a 25-minute walk through treacherous and pedestrian-unfriendly roads. The room itself was fine and clean. The bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable. The room felt a little stifling but the thermostat was locked and the windows barely opened to let in fresh air. Wouldn't stay again.
