My husband and I traveled from Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦 to celebrate our anniversary in Santorini, and Aurora Luxury Hotel & Suites has been one of the most incredible hotel experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like long-lost family. The warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality of the entire team made us feel so welcome. Manager Angie went above and beyond to help us plan our precious few days in Santorini so we could make the most of our visit. A heartfelt thank you as well to Panos at the front desk, Irini, Giannis, and Vaggelis for their exceptional service, and to Chef Dimitris for the wonderful dining experience. Every member of the staff was thoughtful, caring, and truly dedicated to making our stay unforgettable. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The entire property has such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere it truly feels like a hidden gem. The location is perfect: far enough from the crowds to enjoy peace and quiet, yet close enough to easily reach everything the island has to offer. The staff also arranged all of our taxi transportation, making our stay completely stress-free. Thank you for making our first visit to Santorini so special. We can't recommend Aurora Luxury Hotel & Suites highly enough, and we can't wait to return!

Excellent staff. Very clean, quiet and restful location. Breakfast was absolutely scrumptious and fulfilling. Hot water was spotty. Only got to use tub once. Overall though would definitely return!

The staff here and the owners are absolutely amazing! Nothing was too much trouble for them at all. We had not a great holiday due to illness and they were always going the extra mile to help us and offer support when needed. Location is quite secluded so if you are after an area to walk it’s probably not the place as you really need a car or quad bike but we are happy to drive around and explore so we don’t mind that. Also the food here was absolutely superb. Again, nothing was too much trouble for the chefs and even made things not on the menu as we were sick etc. would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return

Excellent staff so welcoming and helpful

The location and architecture of the hotel was special,the view from my room was awesome,everything was working,they provided free transport to the capital city Fira and the iconic Oia which saved us a lot of money, Staff were really helpful, Breakfast n food was great,I have nothing bad about the hotel.

Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, class, and an unforgettable Santorini experience.

Rooms were cleaned daily and spotless. All the staff were kind and friendly , mention to George who was great. Views lovely and fantastic pool. Really they couldn't do more to help you. Food was good especially breakfast and the street food menu
