Stayed for 2 nights. The kids loved it. The view was nice watching the planes take off. The only downside was asking for clean towels. We went swimming the first night and had to use the same towel that was given to us for bathing. Called when we got back upstairs and was told they had none available. They were currently washing them. I was informed i can get them later that night or the next day. Next day , had to bathe and use the same wet towels from the night before. Went to the zoo, came back to the hotel. The kids wanted to go swimming again before heading out to dinner. We used the same wet towels. Going back to the room i stopped and ask for clean towels again. Was informed to leave the dirty ones outside the room and cleans one will be sent up. We got ready using once again the wet towels. Left it outside the door and went to dinner. After we returned from dinner. Still no clean towels. Called and let them know this was the third time asking for towels. I was informed after we left for dinner someone came to our room but there was no answe. The do not disturb sign was not hanging as i assumed they would just come in and leave the towels. With it being summer with kids and parents AND the pool being opened till 11pm. The upkeep of towels should be manged better.

Breakfast is not worth it the don’t have much the coffee and tea is cold. Pancake maker is not really good the use frozen food just reheated them

We originally booked a suite, but due to ongoing construction, we were upgraded to a two-bedroom unit. While we appreciated the upgrade, it did not make up for what we experienced during our stay. On our last day, my son discovered blood stains on the bedding. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. Clean bedding is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel. If the sheets had been properly changed and inspected before our arrival, housekeeping should have noticed the stains. Finding someone else's blood on the bed raises serious concerns about the hotel's cleaning standards and whether the bedding was changed at all before we checked in. It completely ruined our impression of the hotel. This was, without a doubt, the most disgusting experience we have ever had at any hotel. We hope management takes this matter seriously and improves its housekeeping practices so no other guest has to go through the same experience.

Overall a good stay. Room was clean and recently updated. Updated amenities. Breakfast left a lot to be desired and they shut down early the morning we were there. The parking lot situation was horrible. Parking spaces are way too tight and the lot was essentially full by already 8:30pm and had no where to park.
