This is a rental property style Hotel. All communications is through a remote office. Your access to the property and the room is done by code. We couldn't get ours to work but a cleaner let us into the building. It turns out that the code doesn't become active until the 3 pm check in time. It was blazing hot outside and we were 25 minutes early. Thank God the cleaner took pity on us! The apartment itself is bare bones and met our need for a one night stay. The continental breakfast didn't include everything promised (eg muslie) and it took us about a half hour to get the coffee machine to work (bizarre little machine).

Very clean and staff very responsive

We didn't realize there were stairs. That was the only drawback. It would be lovely for younger people. We did use the pharmacy and small grocery nearby

Great stay, many thanks. A bit of an issue getting the right entrance (for anyone reading this, there are 2 enterances and you need the right one and may be told the wrong one!), but once all sorted, the appartment was perfect and in a great locations. Very modern, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Apartment itself is lovely, very modern. The property management aspect could do with refining - had to chase up entrance code which was supposed to be emailed 3 days before, booking includes free bottle wine but this was not received, email said check in from 2.30 but room not ready until 3.30, and only a few squares of toilet paper. Location good, 20 mins walk from old town. We could only find parking that worked around 20 mins walk away - not ideal with heavy cases - 24 euro for 24 hours.

A very elegant and characterful place to stay. The surrounding area is a little grungy compared to the main tourist area a short walk away.

The trash can was not cleaned, the dishwasher had unwashed dishes, emailed them, never any reply, once there was an accident, the consequences were not known, agreed to send a bottle of wine, nothing

A sleek, modern unit raises your expectations, but the services disappoint. The phone number and email address given in the room did not function. The soup dispenser remained empty. A wall light flickered.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I don’t recommend staying here because there is no customer service. I emailed numerous times and NEVER received a response. Hotels.com even tried unsuccessfully for three days to get in touch with Villa Erizio on my behalf, but they were also unsuccessful.

Good comfortable room, wish I’d read the very late check in times and early checkout times before I’d booked.
