Pleasant and very quiet. Host very accommodating. Interesting setting and historical. Refrigerator in room which was nice. Had a Kitchenette but no supplies to utilize it.

Very nice little B&B. Only negative was we were charged a 12 euro "city tax" upon arrival, which was a suprise. I would have expected all taxes, etc. to have been included in the hotels.com charges, but this is not the firet time we've experienced something like this when traveling abroad. We had no way of verifying the validity of this charge, but the owners of the B&B seemed on the up and up so we assume it was valid.

What a wonderful stay!!! We wish we could be there forever. A very pleasant stay with a wonderful host and staff that made it very nice and comfortable. It is a beautiful and well-maintained. Thank you, again!!!

This is a wonderful old guest house/hotel about 20 minutes from the airport by Uber. Very clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds. Silent. And within a ten minute walk to Ostia Antica park, the ancient port city of Rome. Accommodating and friendly staff. Highly recommended A +++

This was an excellent option for us for our last night in Rome. It was close to the airport and impeccably clean. Parking was easy and breakfast was good. The traffic getting to the airport in the mornings and the evenings is very heavy so important to allow time for that.

Good value B&B within walking distance of Ostia Antica Archaeological park. The host was lovely and friendly and the complimentary breakfast set us up nicely for the day. Being able to leave our suitcases after checking out and collecting them later was greatly appreciated.

Very quiet!

The room and shower were really small. Parking on the street was easy. Convenient to town. Quick walk to the Ostia Antica archeological park.

This was my first BnB. The apartments seemed to be very clean. The women that runs it does not speak English at all But she likes to spend a lot of time speaking at you in Italian. Bi think she was nice but if I'm honest I don't speak Italian. The entire facility is very dated. Like my grandmothers basement but I'm old enough to be a grandmother. I have limited mobility and requested a first floor room a such. I was told it was on the first floor when making to res. But in reality it seems the only thing on the "main" floor is this living area. In fact I had to go up a flight and a half of stairs to get to my room and down 3 to get to the breakfast area.
