Helpful staff and very clean spacious room. Best aspect was a great location. Close to shopping area , car hire and plenty of restaurant/ hotel/ bar choices nearby. Very easy walk to Elizabeth quay as well.

The location and facilities were great. The pool area was not so clean as had been before. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Pretty average stay. Honestly I expected more from Novotel. There was zero initiative from the staff to engage the guests and offer help or advice at any point. The hotel was along the street. Parking available at hotel or discounted rate at multi storey carpark opposite hotel. Hotel rooms fairly clean but not fantastic. Gym is pretty good.

Hotel location was good, a short walk away from the train station & there is a free CAT bus to Perth Station. Nice restaurant at the hotel but unfortunately miss the 2 days that we wanted to eat. Some nice places to eat near the hotel but just be careful in the night as there are a no. of clubs/bars around the area. We almost got hit by a glass bottle thrown down by a killer litter after dinner. Hotel parking is just too expensive. However, there are carparks nearby as well.
