We had an amazing stay at Hotel Basilica. The staff were very attentive from the first moment we stepped through the door and we were offered a free class of cava on arrival. We were lucky enough to be able to check in as soon as we arrived at 12pm as our room was ready early. The rooms were bright and clean, with cleaning services every day, we were welcomed with a chilled bottle of wine and the free mini bar and water was a lovely touch as well. The bathroom was a great size and the shower was large with Molton and Brown toiletries and good shower pressure. The bed was comfortable and large. The standard rooms are on the smaller size but still plenty of space for two people. The pool is small but a nice touch during the hot months and it was very relaxing to chill in there during hotter hours and also sunset. There are plenty of sunloungers and the view is incredible. You can ask for fresh pool towels every day from reception. It was never too busy up there even during the height of summer. You can order drinks to be delivered up there too and there is a little fridge with an honesty system to charge back to your room. The location was also great, it was walkable to all other parts of the city and was only a 15 minute walk from Pere Antoni beach. It is close to some lovely restaurants and cafes and it is very close to the shops too. It is also only an 8 minute walk from the airport bus stop or you can get taxis and Ubers to stop directly outside. I’d highly recommend!

The hotel was lovely - very clean! Excellent location! Staff were excellent - so helpful and very friendly. Lovely breakfast! The only down side - pool much smaller than photo!

Excellent hotel in every way. One suggestion would be to manage discarded towels on sunbeds not being used on the small rooftop terrace which would make easier to find a space to relax!

The hotel staff, Mario, was most welcoming. It’s a very charming hotel with an amazing view on Palma Cathedral’s.

What an amazing short break at Hotel Basilica in Palma. Quality in everything they do at this hotel from the welcome drink on arrival, to the staff who are consistently friendly, professional and welcoming. Located in a great part of the old town, lots of great restaurants close by and the added bonus of a rooftop pool with an honesty bar for refreshments, we both loved Palma and loved this hotel. Highly recommended.

Nice clean hotel, lovely welcome, good breakfast. Start of holiday ruined as spent the first two nights in a small box room with a low ceiling - room in roof void. No window at head height, a small window that didn’t open. Bedroom approx 12ft by 11ft, 132 sq ft not the 215sq ft i booked & paid for. I suffer with COPD & struggled in the small room with its low ceiling & felt claustrophobic. Ceiling dropped to 7ft high. After numerous requests we were moved. Avoid room 403!

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel Basilica. From the moment we arrived the staff was extremely kind, helpful, and full of joy! Every detail was perfect and we would stay here again any time even just for the location! Right near everything but still quiet and peaceful and the view from the roof top pool is fantastic.

Great hotel. Ideal location, rooms are cool and quiet. Staff very helpful and a lovely courtyard to chill or rooftop pool for a quick dip! Highly recommend
