Beware, it's a ST hotel. I guess all the ladies with their old uncles give the good reviews. Room was dirty, lots of hair and cockroaches, clock broken, breakfast ran out and tough luck. Tables not cleaned or cleared. Staff playing with phones instead of working.

Hotel location is fantastic and near to shops.

The hotel lobby and room is very modern, chic and comfortable. I book a king bed but the bed has a line in the middle as if it was 2 single bed combined, when you sleep in the middle your back might feel slight uncomfortable. We have issue with the hot water, it was too hot despite we switch to cold water or turn of the power switch. Overall it's a nice hotel with such a good location! Very convenient for tourist that first time come to Jakarta and would like to explore the main tourist places.

Friendly staff- despite earthquake n broken internet, well handeled and nice staff providing great service - internet was soon fixed after eartquake interruption.

Staff helpful in a negative way

Awfull hotel, where do i start, rail broke on bathroom door so moved room, woke up at 6am by staff loading water into store room on my floor and slamming door numerous times, toilet would not flush, live coachroach in room, last time other residents slamming doors and shouting till 1am. On checking in was told breakgast not included but checked paperwork from expedia and it say included. Would never stay here again
