Great hotel in a prime location. Staff was very helpful and my deluxe room was bigger then I expected. I loved it.

The day Manager Ms gayoung did a fantastic job is just one of the best hotel managers I have seen in over 30 years and 1000 stays in different 5star hotels

The lobby staff were especially well trained, professional and treated the guests with dignity and respect

The lobby management team was outstanding especially the day and night managers who were both females..they are two of the best I have ever worked around and I average staying in over 200 hotels a year

The two female managers for day and night are some of the best in the hotels I have stayed in over the last 30 years, and over 1k stays in hotels around the world

The two ladies at the Front Lobby are always friendly and nice.

We absolutely loved our stay at February Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was clean, modern, and very relaxing—perfect for unwinding. The spa facilities were a huge highlight for us. The different pools, including the lavender and ginseng options, were incredibly soothing and well-maintained. It really felt like a full wellness experience rather than just a hotel stay. The rooms were comfortable, stylish, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, this was easily one of our favorite stays, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommend February Hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing, spa-focused getaway!

Room

Excellent location. Very good places to eat nearby. Rooms clean and modern. Breakfast not great. Often no available table. Food and fruit juice not as fresh as it could be. Food often ran out and not topped up frequently. Could be more variety. Loud music often played.
