Was very good excellent

Good. I only stayed for a night.

Smell so bad that made me headache

Not bad at all

Very convenient to shops and 24 hours supermarket. It had a small kitchen with 2 burners but no coffee machine or microwave. I don’t understand why Bother putting a small kitchen in that room

Property is old but the location is good. They gave us late check out at 2pm. It's not my first choice but if you're on a budget this is not bad.

I’m not quite sure where to begin, as this is my first time writing a review for a hotel or residence. Visiting Egypt for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury at Prime Residence. Its location is ideal—close to the airport and just a short distance from City Stars Mall. I was impressed by the design and cleanliness of the residence. The staff provided exceptional service, and I felt secure throughout my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting, and I’m already looking forward to returning in June. Thank you for showing me that Egypt can be as luxurious as Dubai!

We had anticipated a kitchen with a microwave, but there was only a two element stove. It is close to the metro which was nice.

It’s an old building in a market area. The first and ground floors are shops. It’s really dated.

The hotel is ok, but the area is too much traffic and no parking
