Smell terrible and the shower room was flooded

We checked in and was given the room card but the card didn’t work so we have to go back to the front desk. Turns out the wrong room number was written in the envelope when we compared to our deposit letter. The tv remote doesn’t work on the first night but was changed by the staff quickly. On the second day, we have to ask the housekeeping to top up the toiletries and no toilet paper was given until we ask the front desk. On the last night, the network broke down for the tv and we are not able to watch Netflix. After calling the front desk, they apologised that the technical staff had already left for the day. Sadly, It was obvious there is no vacuuming done as we see lump of hair on the toilet floor and bidet wasn’t working properly, only rubber non disposable slippers were provided. Breakfast is ok but again no cleaning as we sat on the same table and saw the same fork on the floor from the previous day. During the evening, we tried to call the front desk several times but there was no pick up. The hotel seems ok on the front but the overall experience was poor

The theme makes it whimsy and the staff are very amiable and kind. Definitely would stay here. Location is a bonus!

Over all condition of the room was on but needs some repair.

Travelled with my kids 19, 12 and 10. The fact the hotel has 24 hours complimentary snack station in the lobby was our first indication that they have families in mind. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and we all enjoy comfy beds, room was spotless. The location is close to the One night market and Maya shopping, lots of food options close by. We loved our stay and would book again.

Room 302 very spacious clean bright. Everything are good. Good walking maya shopping centre , one Nimmnan. Definitely will book again if we travel to Chiang Mai.

Room is new, big and clean. Location is good and near to many cafes, restaurants, pubs and massage. More modern and hip.

Family suit is good but too many planes flying above hotel Location is good Buffet breakfast daily same

Clean room, great location, wonderful view, courteous staff, big buffet breakfast - was glad to extend our stay!
