The staff was very nice, particularly the front desk staff Nigeria ( sorry if I miss spelled) and the lady. The location is good, close to train station, but quiet and safe. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfy.

Stayed a week in Florence and this place was very spacious and a great location near the train station but just off the main path.

Ideal location and beautiful hotel! Friendly staff, spacious, modern, clean and comfortable accommodations, great communication, fantastic breakfast and private courtyard patio, eco-friendly and ease of check-in and check-out. Loved our stay here and you will too!

Eco Urban was a great find. It’s a small gem steps from the business of the city. With very spacious room, great service, and clean refreshing and inviting environment. All the staff were great and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation would be to provide better (more specific) instruction on how to find the place and gain access upon initial arrival. (it’s in a building with several other hotels). It was a bit confusing at first. It that wouldn’t deter me from staying again or recommend it to a friend. Thank you!
