Çok eski ve vasat.Ancak çalışanların iletişimi güzel.

My stay at club anastasia was added xtra night had been there 7 days was brilliant our 1 bedroom apartment was very cosy everything you need comfy beds hot shower kichen well equipped to make a meal food at both restaurants was beautiful compliments to the chef entertainment was very good all staff vhere brilliant especially Dawn she was amazing helped sort major problems with airline she is manger that helps sort any problem there is a shop just round corner sells everthing plenty of shops restaurants and 10 minute walk to beach i give club anastasia a glowing report booking to go again

Lovely hotel. Apartments need updating but everything you need. Beautiful pool area

Oda içerisinde buzdolabından yayılan anlamsız bi kötü hakimdi oda servisi bi tık yetersiz kaldı. çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi sıkılabileceğiniz bi yer değil her saat bir etkinlik mevcut ama yabancı dil üzerine olduğu için genel olarak katılım sağlayamadık . mutfak içerisinde ekipmanlar mevcut ama eksiklikler var. otoparkı yok. genel olarak memnun kaldık teşekkürler

Erken rezervasyon avantajlarından yararlanırsanız çok uygun fiyata denk gelir. 1+1 oda şeklinde, klimalı, balkonlu çok güzel bir apart/otel konseptli bir yer. Çift olarak yada 2 çocuğa kadar keyifli vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir yer.

Arrived before check in time but reception very helpful and allowed us to use facilities before actual check in time. Very busy and quite noisy around pool area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Personally music around pool too noisy but younger visitors enjoyed Food at bar and breakfast good choice and good quality. Problem with drink choices which had run down and awaiting delivery. Overall enjoyed our short stay

Animation was so lazy, only did dart, food was not good

When we arrived at club Anastasia , the receptionist told us the WiFi is only available downstairs in the lobby - which is not what it says on most websites. Also they told us we have to pay for AC in living area in our room which was £25 for the week. Also on the website it says the safe is included but when we got there we had to pay £20 for a safe to put our valuables in. We had to tell them to clean our room and they didn’t even come we had to keep reminding them to please supply extra toilet paper and to change the bed sheets. Some of reception staff are so rude and don’t listen to what you have to say . We had to change our bedroom once as the bed was broken. Overall the hotel does not look as it does in pictures. Don’t waste your time. The price is good but they get you to pay for extra things once you are there.

I had booked a room (breakfast included) for three nights from Expedia online. When we arrived the hotel the gentleman at the front desk (Mr. Nuri) told us there was no room available.They gave us a room for two nights at a rate higher than Expedia had arranged. I think that the situation stems from the fact that there was an extreme demand due to the Ramadan Feast Holiday and the hotel administration was opportunistic.
