The room was very clean and everyday house keepers would come and fix up the bathrooms, sweep the floors, and just tidy up the place. Each bed had lockers whether it be underneath the bed or detached locker. They do not provide locks but you can purchase locks from their vending machine (unfortunately they were out of stock on the locks while I was there). Staff spoke English so they were able to communicate and assist me with everything. They have luggage storage so prior to check in I was able to drop off my bag and wonder the city. Location is excellent, right off the Gran Via which is like the Main St. all the shopping stores and restaurants are there. Not even a five min walk is Sol which is a plaza with more stores and restaurants. It’s a very central location. Walkable and there are metro entrances all around. It is a very active and lively area.

La ubicación muy bien, el personal bien, la habitación con baño privado para dos es muy amplia, sábanas y toallas en perfecto estado. El baño grande bien en general, pero no tiene nada donde colgar las toallas. Lo peor para mí realmente son los colchones, están totalmente vencidos, y los somieres hacen ruido apenas te mueves, para una noche puede ser, para dos no, creo que la cama debe ser mínimamente cómoda porque para eso pagamos la noche, para poder descansar..

He estado una noche en habitación mixta compartida de 6. La habitación es pequeña para 6 personas, está limpia y se echa de menos un banco o silla. El baño es grande y la ducha bastante amplia, pero falta mantenimiento, la alcachofa de la ducha sale a chorro, el soporte de la pared está roto y la mampara pierde agua dejando el suelo del baño encharcado. Además el primer día nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría por una avería. El personal de recepción un 10, súper amables y dispuestos ayudar en lo que haga falta.

Muito bom, voltaria a ficar.

Hostel agradável, com boa localização. Alguns funcionarios não eram tão prestativos. Tudo necessitava de uma taxa, inclusive para o secador de cabelo.

Staff was good, room was clean enough. Very odd smell in the lobby that was a bit annoying.
