I have stayed at this hotel several times due to the limited options in town. Unfortunately, the experience has been inconsistent. The air conditioning is quite noisy, likely due to the compressor being placed very close to the glass door—only about one meter from the bed—which makes it difficult to rest comfortably. Additionally, there were visible dirt marks on the walls that should have been cleaned by housekeeping. On some occasions, the bed sheets were also not properly clean and had to be replaced. Overall, the hotel needs to improve its maintenance and housekeeping standards.

2nd stay at this hotel. And very disappointed.. arrived 1 hour 45 Mins before check-in and was told there was no way to get the room early. It’s a Tuesday and this city is pretty dead… no people or customers at the hotel. Waited at the pool (which was dirty and the edges coming off) and eventually got the room card. Room is basic, but no problem.. cost 850 baht. Asked for extra water and was told that anything extra needed has to be paid for. What?? This is a first for me. So my second time will be my last time at this hotel!!

I have a good time. Except when I shower, the drain takes way too long to drain and looks flooded inside the shower. Friendly staff and i enjoyed the breakfast. A lot of options.

Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. Only problem is that parking is congested at night. But the staff parking attendant was helpful in finding a spot. Have stayed here several times. Will continue to use again when I go thru Saraburi.

Staff & parking. Not a lot of decent places to eat but you'll always find something. Plenty of markets around. Breakfast good but take your own tea bags if you like English tea!

Room was large and clean. Perfect bed. Nice bathroom, good water pressure. Staff was good though seemed a little inexperienced. Breakfast (free with our room) was a very tight and extremely crowded.

Big hotel friendly staff at check in who spoke English. I had vip room which is worth the little extra . Clean big room with pool view from one window Well equipped. The pool was clean and well maintained and the gym has enough for a holiday work out. Breakfast was ok but fired eggs were cold and in water and when I asked the egg lady for fresh ones she wasnt happy as she had tonstop playing with her phone! If they had some bacon instead of those hot dogs would have been good. The restaurant is average there are better places to eat intown its also quite expensive for beer 172b for beer with ice . I would stay here again and I enjoyed my stay
