Clean pool and refreshing

Excellent location, well maintained and clean. Spacious apartment. Very efficient and polite staff. Can have a RO filter to reduce packaged water dependency

Very efficient check in by extremely pleasant lady. The apartment was clean and roomy with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Any small issues or queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately the pool was not quite ready for use

Ok for the price . Could be maintained better

The rooms were clean, the apartment has a security. The pool is clean. Family friendly. There are a couple of eateries nearby. And patnem beach is 10 mins walk. Great place to book for solo or group or families.

The staff at pattnem appartments were really helpfull,Mitu the day manager and vijay the night security were especially helpfull along with the cleaning ladies

clean apartment kitchen dining and living area . well equipped though i don't recall seeing a microwave. Staff were courteous and kind and the stay was comfortable

Excellent homestay for extended stays in South Goa. Highly recommended. There were two balconies in the 1 RK apartment we stayed in, decent AC and bathroom. Easy accessibility to the highway to reach North Goa or roam around within South Goa. Good Internet. Well equipped kitchen with electric stove, toaster, refrigerator. If you don't feel like going out, the apartment is self sufficient to support your stay. Only con was lack of a restaurant within the premises. Had opted for breakfast along within the room, you will need to visit a restaurant just beside the hotel. Breakfast options were not that great during the 4 days we stayed there.

Got a 2 bedroom apartment and impressed with the size and cleanliness.

Brilliant price for the last moment booking, very big rooms , nice and clean.
