The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms and property was very clean and well maintained. The rooms on the sparse side but you have everything you need! I would stay there again! GREAT location!! Super close to so many sites and things to do and places to eat. Very walkable.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights in June during a heat wave. The air conditioning in the room was very efficient and kept us more than cool enough to sleep. The hotel is quite stylish and in a great location, not too far from the train station and short walks from all that the old town has to offer. What surprised us slightly was the lack of any kind of bar area in the hotel. However would definitely recommend to others and the staff were very friendly.

It was a good room, clean. The AC was very loud so we couldn’t use it during the night, we kept our windows open and it was enough to keep us cool. Breakfast buffet was good enough, it kind of had a little bit of everything. However, when we came around 10am for breakfast, the staff turned off the lights in the main area, started clearing things up and it felt like they were not happy we were there even though breakfast was till 10:30am. So it kind of left bad taste. The rest was fine.

Quiet, clean room. Real coathangers, not those mean things attached to a rail. Pleasant old-school touch. Polite staff.

I cannot find anything to complain about this hotel, Everything was perfect, simple and effective and very clean.

Tall ceilings and thick walls made for a quiet pleasant stay. Staff fantastic and always attentive. Close to the old city by tram or Ubahn. Just one stop from the train station. Loved our stay.

My wife and I spent five enjoyable days in Vienna. Attended Spanish Riding School show, a Mozart concert, Habsburg Palaces, churches and museums. Chose this property because it was near to Old Town sites and right next to metro access. Vienna transit is superb. We purchased a one week Vienna pass on App and traveled everywhere. (The transit people did check randomly, so don't just hop on without paying.) We loved the charming boutique nature of JS and the breakfast was excellent served in a lovely venue. Elevator is a little cozy, but never had to wait for access.

Nice and clean rooms. Close to a metro station.
