Great location but very noisy inside. Walls and doors must be very thin as you can hear everything. In my room, shower unsuitable for people higher than 60cm !!!

Great position! The property is not new and the bathroom was not really spacious (specifically the space between the wc closet and the shower) but overall that’s ok

Good location for train and central Modena. The staff were friendly, rooms are a bit tired. The room safe did not work and the wifi did not work. I did not try their breakfast but very good cafe 20m away.

The hotel is run-down and outdated. It needs a refresh, but it’s clean, well-located, and acceptable for 1 night. The woman working at the desk during the day needs to realize she is in the hospitality industry. I’m surprised this location is offered by hotels.com
