Hotel is really nice. The staff were very attentive and helpful. However, when I entered the room, there was a strong musty smell caused by humidity.

My stay was extremely disappointing. I paid for valet parking because it should provide added security and peace of mind, yet someone attempted to break into my car while it was parked inside the hotel's designated parking garage leaving my window shattered. To make matters worse, the hotel staff simply stated they don't cover theft or vehicle damage. Paying extra for valet only to deal with a broken window and no accountability completely overshadowed my stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

The place is really nice. The room was great. Location prefect. The only reason I gave them low stars is because at 9:45 pm I tried to get a drink. Night cap style after dinner to watch the end of the soccer match. But the bar tender rather rudely responded with, “you can only have a shot out of a plastic cup because I cleaned up already.” I took my $15 shot an retreated to the solitude of my room to watch the end of the game.

there is no open public parking everything is valet which is way to expensive
also the hotel had a smell that was not pleasant just for future stays I will not be booking this hotel ever again

I truly enjoyed my stay. This is nicely renovated hotel. The room was spacious and bathroom had a walk-in shower. The hotel also speakeasy cocktail bar.
You’re 3 blocks from entrance to the Riverwalk. I will definitely stay here again.
