This hotel was a great stay. We were upgraded to a bigger room so it was a really good size, the bathroom too had a shower and bathtub. Beyond the room, breakfast was included (taiwanese style) and there was free ice cream, coffee, tea, 24 hours a day.

Good location. Convenient for the restaurants. The room is very clean

Breakfast was pretty good. Good value for money. Location is very convenient. Halfway between two important metro stations Kaohsiung Station and Formosa Station Staff was helpful. I ran into a situation where some Thai language exchange student had taken my laundry out to use the machine but 2 pcs of my clothing were left along with their load. I didnt want to grab my stuff myself as the student was a kid and i didnt want to br searching through a kid's clothes, so the staff helped to mediate with their teacher etc.

The room was clean, but had no windows. The lobby has nowhere to sit, ie to wait for transportation, for example. Like many hotel rooms in Taiwan, there was the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of items.

Great location, everything is great

Great stay overall. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The facilities were very clean and well maintained, which made a big difference. I especially appreciated the free self-service laundry—it’s a simple feature but incredibly convenient. Would definitely stay here again.
