Wonderful staff, everyone was so friendly and it made for such a nice stay. The lift was handy (a rare find in Amsterdam), location was great, bed was really comfy and the place was kept really clean. Pretty affordable too for this city! I would stay again

The temperature was tricky, but there was a window. Hot water was out 2 mornings. Cleaning was not always complete - like theyd forget stuff. Location was good and staff was generally pretty helpful.

All was great. Note, there is no ketlle, coffee maker and hair dryer in the room. Everything can probably be requested if needed though

We loved the location—it's an easy walk to Vondelpark, Museumplein, and lots of restaurants. (We recommend the take out Indonesian place down the street for an inexpensive and tasty meal!) The staff was helpful and friendly at all hours. Our room was a little smaller than the picture.
