It is a boutique hotel in a converted old Italian palazzo. The facilities are excellent but in the room there was not even a kettle to make coffee, there was a mini refrigerator with two cans of soda. However, the unforgivable thing is that the Wi-Fi connection did not work inside the room and they use an open network that is not secure. Maybe they are used to receiving local clients who do not need to use wifi

The hotel is extremely nice.
I have stayed there few times during my business trip.
If you stay on the second level you have a beautiful joined balcony.
It is very close to the train station which is huge benefit and very close to the old town.
For sure I will go back there.

Great hotel if you intend to use it as a base to explore other Umbrian towns. The train station is only a stone’s throw away. Staff was very helpful. Only minus is a lack of sufficient lighting in the room making it a little dark
