During my stay we moved rooms three times, the first room… the air conditioning sparked and broke. It was +30. The second room, the bed was covered in pee.. there was old receipts, a used bandaid and nail clippings/crumbs in the couch. Old eyelash clusters left in the bathroom sink. We complained, they “upgraded” us to a room with functional air conditioning but this room had bugs crawling everywhere, and the mattress and bed was also covered in multiple urine stains. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The male staff were rude, the lady at the front desk did apologize which I greatly appreciated. Everything other than the parking was a terrible experience.

There was no fridge in the room. The pillows and bedding were not clean. The carpets were dirty. Checking in the staff told us we would have to wait 50 mins because it wasn't 3pm yet but after seeing that we were just going to sit and wait by the check in counter instead of paying extra to check in early they let us check in to our room 5 minutes later. The only really good thing about this hotel is that it is close to Rogers Stadium.

If you are going to a concert at the Rogers stadium - this is the hotel to stay at. You cannot get closer to the venue - it is perfect.

Location was awesome for a concert at Rogers Stadium. Room was large and had comfortable beds. Stay was very nice.

Requested extra blankets and were told there were no extra blankets. Someone was to come to show me how to turn down the AC and no one ever came. I tried to call in advance to speak to someone and could not get beyond AI. It was impossible to call and speak to a human. Otherwise, room was clean and staff was friendly.

I would consider this hotel for future stays in Toronto. Close to the Line 1 subway route so one is able to get around to many places quickly.

Everything was good, breakfast not so bad but acceptable. Overall good experience.
