The checking in was the worst part such a hassle aside from that it was nice

Very clean room

Love this place

Palm place was a great place to stay if you want to avoid the crowed. Great room, very clean and large, it is a residential so it would be nice to have a small market at the entrance. But overall a great vacation.

Good

Clean, smoke-free hotel. Convenient to the strip, without the craziness of the strip. Convenient covered access to The Palms Hotel and Casino. Provides a quiet get away while still enjoying the Vegas vibes. Rooms are huge in respects to your average Vegas room. Full kitchen, fully supplied with dinnerware and utensils upon request. Pans, tea kettle, toaster and the all needed blender already in room. Jetted tub and rainfall showers are a nice touch in the spacious bathroom. 10/10

Everything and every staff were very welcoming and showed hospitality. Just wish you had bath robes and complimentary bedroom slippers.

Everything was good

Absolutely incredible stay from start to finish! The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and offered the perfect comfort to unwind after busy days exploring. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing top-tier service at every turn. Whether gambling on the vibrant casino floor or relaxing by the pristine pool and hot tub area, the amenities were flawless. The only minor drawbacks were that we couldn't go out on the balcony and there were no dishes or utensils provided to cook with, but it truly didn't take away from the overall experience. It served as the perfect home base for our trip—I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!
