Lovely spacious bedroom. 5/5 for cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel. Great location - 5 minutes walk into town.

Arrived in room it was cold, called from desk they send they would see somone up, I replied no need would wear warmer clothes or extra blanket. Then it turned hot I asked again, but they would have to send someone up.
Not being able to control the temperature in your room requires giving this a hotel an F rating for failure

The breakfast was so disappointing, not enough staff. No structure in getting people seated. No glasses or plates this morning for 30 mins. Long waiting to get order placed for breakfast. Didn't seem to replenish items for breakfast. The staff were helpful just overworked and couldn't cope with the number of people. We went early first morning and later today. Breakfast was better later. We have stayed numerous times in this hotel and never found it like this before. Breakfast let them down, people beside us had the same opinion.
