少しがっかり The hallways were dirty, I killed insects in our room every day we were there and I had to make 3 requests to get a bar of soap for the bathroom. The first night, someone knocked on our door at 11;30 at night to see if our room was occupied. The front desk said their computer system was down and they had no other way to check for open rooms. The restaurant closed at 10 after breakfast and didn't reopen until 5 for dinner, leaving Starbucks as the option for food. We needed an accessible room and it turned out to be the next to the last room down the hall from the elevator. Not an easy walk for my elderly mother. I do not recommend this place.

とても良い Great customer service, excellent water pressure in the bathroom. The mattress was terrible, we slept crooked on one spot to make it work. I enjoyed the yummy cookies given at the front desk.

The property was hard to get to, parking was not well signed.
Staff wasn’t polite or helpful.
Got to room, sheets were dirty and stained and had to call to have changed
Disappointing for what we paid
No coffee in lobby

The garage was not clean, below par for such a fine hotel. The carpets are overdue for change in rooms. Great staff!
