Moderately clean. Helpfully staff. Surprisingly above average breakfast. Room run down, needs renovation, especially bathroom.

Property was really clean. Staff were freindly and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze and they explained everything you needed you know. Definitely will stay again

Everything was good -- location, staff, food. Noise from the street, however, made sleep challenging, even on the 19th floor.

Extremely happy with our stay. Friendly and helpful staff. We had fresh clean towels every day and came back to clean room with no trash every day! Will definitely stay here again!

I needed a room for 5 people. Booked this hotel because they had a room for 5 available. Found out that the couch for the 5th person was broken, impossible to sleep on it. Overall, its an average hotel.

Excellwnt breakfast. Short walk to Times square. Parking is cheaper if you don't have ticket validated. Staff was helpful with local recommendations. Nice bagel shop next door.

Beware when they state dog friendly oh yes when you check in they will hit you with $125.00 non refundable fee if you bring a pet. Also one more thing parking is down the street $68.00 plus tax and if you have an SUV the parking company will charge an extra 20.00 for large vehicle. Total rip off. And if you want breakfast get downstairs early . Cause there is to many damn people to enjoy your peace and breakfast. Also to the hotel property , room 1105 drain was clogging when trying to take a shower. I hate that when im taking a shower. For you die hard new York people . You can have it all to yourself. I don't care for it. It's over rated to damn expensive tolls parking and hotel. Whoopty do.It's new york?I don't give a damn. I see why everybody looks mad cause you choose to live there. Maybe the food is good but the rest we'll you can have it.

The room view of the Empire State Building was incredible. The staff was super friendly and responsive. The daily breakfast and great and had plenty of staff to restock and clean the area. I highly recommend to stay at this hotel!
