The room is very spacious. There are 2 hawker centers within 5 minute walk. From the nearby bus stop, there are 5 buses going to Paya Lebar MRT station, so it is very convenient. There were few people using the swimming pool.

1. This was my second stay at the hotel, and once again it offered good value for money. 2. The room was spacious, comfortable, and a good size for my needs. 3. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. 4. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

Good aircon, clean but old room

Hotel was in a lovely area with good food courts nearby, easy transport via the MRT or Grab taxi. The room was big and spacious. Unfortunately, it was in poor repair. The curtain linings were town, the bath was very scratched to the point it was stained and the fridge rattled a lot (until I 'MacGyvered' 2 wooden stirrers to stop the shelf from rattling 😉). Night staff were incredibly noisy cleaning at 1am to the point I went out to ask them to be quiet. A bit ironic, as there are signs asking guests to be quiet between 10pm and 7am. I didn't ask to be moved room, as my travel companions were not disturbed by it all and I didnt want to be moved too far away from them.

Good value from an old hotel, large rooms, nearby eating places and MRT/bus. With the bonus of a swimming pool, which equivalent small hotels do not have! Who needs flash expensive hotels when this is very adequate, giving you more spending money to use elsewhere!

One of the few hotels in Singapore with a pool for around S$100 per night. The second time we have stayed here, the staff are very nice, surrounded by plenty of food options. The pool is refreshing though shallow (waist height), less than a.10 minute walk to nearest train station.

Check in easy, pool great, clean and tidy, room was ok, needs some glasses and spoons for making a drink, but good size and bed was comfortable, for the price we paid I was very pleased
