This was a one night stay to catch an early morning flight, this hotel is located across the street from Mexico City Terminal 1 accessible via a bridge and for customers arriving or leaving from Terminal 2 an excellent shuttle service is provided, the service was excellent it runs 24 hours. The reception staff was friendly, room was nice, comfortable bed, hot water in the shower was not working even when turning the know to Hot, cold water kept running, due to the short stay no other services, i.e restaurant or room service was ordered, overall it was a nice and quiet place for one night.

Shower floor had mold , shower head did not flow properly, sink drain was clogged . Towels are not white anymore. The only 4 star world be to the linens and pillows .

El lugar es excellente, desde el primer de dia que llege fuimos muy bien recibido, el equipo de este lugar es muy profecional tanto desde la reception, el restaurante, el bar todos ellos fueron muy amables,,,, El gerente Omar Alejandro Negrete nos dio una hospitalidad increible, nos hiso sentir como si estuvieramos en nuestra propia casa,.. Omar muchas gracias por la hospitalidad,,, claramente volvere a hospedarme aqui en un futuro viaje a MX.... gracias a todos y muchas bendiciones.
