Brilliant stay, have to commend the staff for making it a memorable stay.

Room is clean and relatively well-maintained considering Malaysian standards. Amenities are basic (but missing cotton pads and buds), one big surprise gotta be the hot/cold water dispenser in the room, comes very handy without having to boil own water. Hotel seems newly renovated but adjoining mall is sad and outdated. Surrounding has many food options while Lalaport and Berjaya Times Square just stone throw away. Alas I didn’t get to swim in their beautiful rooftop pool, was raining that whole morning!

There were shops close to the hotel, across a busy 3 lanes of traffic, there is a crosswalk but the cars dont slow down or stop for you. The pool was small and warm. The staff are freindly and helpful, not a large selection at breakfast. In our room the fridge didnt work, the carpets are stained and and in need of a deep clean even in the hallway outside. Your room card is used both for the door and power in the room we had to ask for a second card as the power is on a timer and turned off when you leave. Fire alarm went off twice both times a false alarm. The lifts are slow and your card is needed to operate the lift. You could hear people moving about opening and closing doors all hours of the night.

Nice room, excellent staff. Close to everything. Would stay with them again.

Walking distance to 2 large shopping centres. We chose a decent sized room on a high floor which was pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had variety but hot food was usually only warm and not very tasty. Pool on top floor was good but gym is just ok and treadmills need servicing. Our biggest regret was not understanding the area around the hotel is very run down and also how bad Kuala Lumpur is for pedestrians (not the hotels fault).
