Extremely close to the underground which was so convenient. Housekeeping was excellent absolutely no complaints in that department Great assortment of teas and a coffee machine in the lobby

The room was clean and the location was terrific with multiple train stations close by. There's free water refills, coffee/tea, pastries in the morning, and bathroom essentials at reception. The beds were also really nice to sleep on! 7-11 roughly 10 steps away was very convenient. We had a really nice stay at the hotel, overall. The front staff were helpful enough, but they honestly lacked warmth. They barely look up to acknowledge you when you come through reception. It didn't really affect our stay, but it was noticeably odd as I've never had that kind of coldness from hotel staff in my history of my travelling. That's the only downside I can think of, but again, it didn't really affect our stay.

Room was clean and tidy and basic. All we needed for one night. Area is not what you'd call family friendly but interesting to walk around.

Beautiful hotel and very clean room. Staff was very helpful and spoke great english. Location was perfect, 7/11 beside the hotel and akihabara was only a 15 min walk away.

Great location, with decent room size for a family with a toddler and a few luggage. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean. The staff is friendly. The location was incredible. Walking distance to the train, a short walk to Akihabara, and still very quiet if you’re a light sleeper. The amenities were incredible - they even had hair straighteners and blow dry brushes! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

the room and the restroom were both small but equipped with all the necessary items. The room was very clean and comfortable.
