最高 The staff at this hotel was really the highlight. They were pleasant and professional while still being friendly. The breakfast offered plenty of choices with the option of eating inside in a bright cheery room or on a nice balcony. I stayed in a single room. If I came to Vienna again I would stay in a room with a queen bed. The single room was extremely small and had a bit of a smell. When I looked at two queen-bed rooms just before I left neither had a smell and the size was significantly larger. To me it would be worth the extra money. The location was great. It was just on the outskirts of the historic area - close enough to be able to easily walk to many attractions, but far enough to not be noisy. The tram, subway, and boats were a one-minute walk away. Overall, it was a very nice hotel that I would stay at again.

Great hotel. Great location. Nice breakfast buffet. Room was nice but a slight odor from the carpet. Would recommend overall.

Excellent central location. Climate control worked great. Afternoon tea was a nice touch. Rooms were ample size for two adults. We had a balcony room. Breakfast was an absolute treat- we would return!

My first time visiting Vienna. This hotel is in a perfect location. Close to shops, food, city center, and transportation. I felt completely safe in the area
The rooms were nice and the right size. The staff was very friendly and helped me with recommendations.
If visit Vienna again, I will definitely stay here.
