I always enjoy staying at Citizen M for my solo trips! This one is centrally located. Rooms were clean. Staff were extra friendly. The lobby was social during the evenings.

good hotel and clean

The room is very small and the bed is against the wall so one person has to climb over the other. The air conditioning was poor.it was clean though.

My stay at CitizenM Zurich was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is modern, stylish, spotless, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single team member I interacted with was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. They always greeted guests with a smile, were happy to answer questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Their positive attitude and attention to detail created such a warm and inviting atmosphere that it felt like being welcomed by friends rather than checking into a hotel. The rooms are smartly designed, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the technology throughout the hotel is intuitive and fun to use. Combined with the exceptional customer service, CitizenM Zurich offers a memorable experience that exceeds expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich. A special thank you to the amazing staff for making my trip so enjoyable. I will definitely be back!

Small room, staff was helpful. Downstairs lounge is open 24 hours.

Adorable hotel in Zurich. Close to trams and walking distance from the train station Rooms were very clean, and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was worth the extra penny…so fresh and delicious. Only negative thing was the club music that lasted for hours. Other than that, I would stay here again.

From check in to check out the staff, facilities, amenities and location were excellent. Friendliness was the main theme. Each and every staff member was happy, gracious and enthusiastic about ensuring our stay was a success. Breakfast and dinner were great and the servers were top notch. Bar was fun with soccer matches on the TV. 5 star example of Swiss Efficiency and Hospitality. Happy Cows were an added bonus.

The room was modern, well kept, and very clean. The hotel was walking distance to the main station, old town, and shopping area. Our favorite part was that it had air conditioning
