The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was a real highlight! The breakfast was pretty good. The cool itself was clean and lovely for our kids to play in. The only weird thing about the pool design is there is hardly any space to walk around the chairs on the far side of the pool due to a weird pool design area of other waterways. It’s actually very awkward and this message is more for the owner or manager to consider filling in the water area so you can fit chairs around the pool properly.

Great stuff! Good breakfast and amazing location. We were able to bike to the beach and have quick rides to old town. If you have a child this location and hotel is perfect!

Anio Boutique Hotel is a lovely and serene place to stay in Hoi An. It’s slightly tucked away from the noise and activity of the Old Town, but the hotel makes it easy to get to with bikes and a free shuttle. The staff is professional and helpful and the spa is very relaxing. There is a daily breakfast buffet included in the cost that has a variety of local foods, fresh fruit, and made-to-order eggs. The pool is also very nice. The temperature was just right for cooling down from the hot and humid weather.

Magnifique endroit, tout était parfait. Le personnel était au petit soin avec nous. Tout était accessible facilement. Je recommande.

Spa was reasonably prices, pool is loud acoustically so if there are children it will not be relaxing. Breakfast was basic.

The staff at Anio are amazing , very helpful and friendly . Our room was lovely overlooking the pool. It is a good size and the bed is very comfortable. They offer a good selection for breakfast and the restaurant has very good food. We had several excellent massages at the spa . The hotel is clean. It’s easy to get to the beach or old town by taxi or grab . Overall it is a very good choice for the cost . We would stay again . My only complaints , are the bathroom lighting and there really needs to be grab bars to get in and out of the bathtub , due to several steps getting in and out the tub . We stayed 2 weeks .

First, I have to say that this is the first time I’m writing a review about a hotel stay. We are pretty well travelled and have experienced bad to great stays. We’ve stayed at better properties but, I have to say the service we received at this property has been the best we’ve ever received! From Jazmin at breakfast and Ken at the bell stand and all of the front desk staff, all have gone above and beyond to welcome us and help us navigate our stay in Vietnam. The property itself is clean and well maintained. I will stay here again and again and would recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. There’s so much to share about our stay—-they upgraded our tickets to VIP free of charge because it was forecasted to rain and moved us to covered area without asking. They waited for us well after 1am for check in because our flight was delayed. All staff were so kind and sweet.
