The property is beautiful & undoubtedly exceptional in all aspects, hospitality is top notch, staff is professional & very hospitable. The only thing that is lacking is a full scale luxury food menu. The breakfast lacks options to choose from if you are staying more than a night. The Restaurants have limited options too. A Luxury collection like this deserves a lavish breakfast Buffet & a full scale hands down menu in the other restaurants. We were staying for 4 nights at a stretch. The breakfast was monotonous & the options were repeatedly similar. The inroom dining too has very few options to choose from. We had to step out from the property for our meals from the 2nd day itself. Stay for the property & go out for the food .

Excellent resort with close proximity to a very clean beach. Loads of activities for the children at the Olies club. Amazing pool and good variety of cuisine from 5 resturants

The beach is very clean and nice. Property has good lawn. The only downside is buffet breakfast is too crowded and you have to sit out in sun and eat.

Great expansive resort. Electric buggy cart available to transport if needed. Pools excellent. Plants and gardens amazing. Beach prefect. Sea warm.

The pool is by far the best I visited. The upper pool is large. Perfect Temp has easy steps and no children. The lower pool is for kids but it is far enough away you can't hear them. The beach is private, clean large and unobstructed views. Staff at noth the pool and beach provide towels and will serve refreshments.

We have been staying at this property since its Hyatt days, which makes this February visit even more disappointing. Four families travelled from different cities to celebrate an 80th birthday. Despite sharing all booking details in advance, there were repeated lapses. I received an incorrect airport pickup call meant for another guest, and the response from the front office was a routine, mechanical apology with no ownership. More seriously, although all four rooms were booked under my ID and secured with my credit card, the staff asked my father-in-law and sister-in-law for their cards and charged ₹50,000 to my sister-in-law without authorisation. Even after raising the issue, the amount has not been reversed 12 days later. On checkout, I was again asked about collecting payments from others, forcing me to settle everything myself to avoid further confusion. The property is lovely, but the front office operations are deeply disappointing. A milestone family celebration was overshadowed by preventable errors and poor handling.
