Easy access to the river side park for running, and not far from Osaka Castle. Very clean and comfortable

Fantastic location being a 2 minute walk to the city loop train line. Very clean room, hotel staff were very friendly. Would certainly stay here again if I am in Osaka.

The windows do not open. The bathroom si very small.

Fantastic place to stay at! Easy to get to and the view of the river with sakura trees are absolutely beautiful! The hotel management were incredibly helpful and kind. They didn't really speak English but they went out of their way to try to understand us. They even had us write some words down so they could google the translation.

hotel located 3 minute walk from JR station, two station from Osaka Station where all shopping, eating are there, very convenient, a nice riverside park full of Sakura planted. Hotel is a little old in facility and arrangement but everything works as expected, I travel with my wife checked in a double room but the bed was too small (1.2M wide) for two people.

I chose the hotel as I have a meeting nearby the next day and then need to go to Kansai Airport. It is close to the train on the Osaka Loop line. The hotel is dated, and no WiFi in the room, but serves my purpose and the staff with limited English is helpful.

Room has no view. Decoration a bit old. Bathroom too small. Quadruple room is actually converted from a 1 room junior suite. Bedroom is small for 2 single beds. Living room was converted to 2 single beds. Appreciated the 2 complimentary orange juice and 2 bottled drinking water daily. Stayed there for 3 nights. Good location near to train station. And convenience store. Front desk very polite but can only converse in limited English.

The ventilation in the bathroom was poor.

Japanese room was big enough for 4 of us. We could relax.
