Great location and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I can't rate my stay here well, to start , the one positive is that Busan station is 2 minutes walk away. However our drama began on arrival as check in is at 4pm with us arriving to the property at 7:30pm due to arriving to Busan by ferry, only to be told our room was ready. We then had to wait a full hour (8:30pm) for this to then be ready which isn't ideal after a long day of travel. Upon entry the room stank strongly of cleaning product and we couldn't keep the window open to vent this smell due to bugs entering the room due to the late hour. Upon investigation we then found several dirty marks on both the sheet and duvet, both of which appeared to be urine (we spoke with another guest also having issues as they had found blood on their sheets). Most walls and ceilings also covered in marks and in some areas dirt as well, leading to the overall place feeling run down. The drama then continued when we awoke in the morning to find half the floor and windowsill area covered in water as with it raining, all the water was leaking through the window and into the room creating a large puddle, by chnace our stuff had been put on the other side of the room, otherwise all would have been drenched! To the receptionists credit he did provide towels for us to put around the window area to soak up this water. However with all this considered I cannot recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay and have a relaxing or stress free time!

Nice area and close to the Busan station. The staff are friendly too. Note that no shower towels are provided but they provide the small hand towels. The staff were nice about providing more towels when we requested it.

When i came in my room wasnt ready yet K was surprised because i came past checkin time which is 5:45 pm to be exact! When i came in the staff was busy on his phone having his headset with him and just browsing the phone They asked me to wait for 15 mins I came from Seoul so i was so tired that day Hoping i cam check in when i came but yes i have to wait because the room wasnt ready yet... The property is close to ktx train station But the staff is not friendly

Towels had a very strong bleach smell that made them unpleasant to use. The amenities that came with the room look like they haven’t been changed as it was full of dust and dirt. Overall condition of the room was poor.

The hotel is located very close to Busan station and the local metro station, so walkable and close to public transit. The hotel itself needs a thorough clean. My bed sheets were stained and had hairs on them when I checked in, so the bed sheets were either not changed from the previous guest or this is what was considered to be clean. The sink and tub drains were initially running slow but were clogged 1-day into our stay. Not my best hotel in South Korea so far.

Chambre spacieuse

Horrible experience. They declined to provide basic necessities. Dust falling from ac when we turned it on. No bath towels provided. We left the hotel within one hour of checking in. They accepted they been dealing with issues but still declined to give us the refund. We had to book another hotel. Even Expedia didn’t help us. Very disappointed.
