This is a wonderful hotel in the great location and fabulous staff – but big word of warning do not be conned into paying extra for a High room. We did exactly this and were told that anything above the second floor was High! Lesson learned

This citizen m is not as good as the Victoria one. I’ll not be ‘trying’ another site anytime soon. Staff inattentive, lots of early morning door slamming and the doors rattle when your neighbours go by. Not very peaceful at all. Also, no bin liner in bin.. ew.

Found two bugs around the same area on two different days. The rooms are really really small. Not really for a family but the location is great.

The A/C was broken in the room…during a heat wave. In a double room, the bed is oriented in such a way that one person must climb over the other to get out. The staff were friendly and the room was clean, but would not stay here again.

Really well located about 10 mins walk from Euston and King’s Cross. The staff were super helpful. Our aircon was broken but they brought us a fan without us asking for one. There was no loo roll so they brought some immediately (we found one in the cupboard after). Loads of plug sockets. Loads of storage. Iron in the laundry room. We had trouble with our key card because of the heat and they came immediately to help us. We only used the fridge in the kitchen. Compact room but everything you need for an overnight stay. Location is superb
