Love this hotel, my go to hotel when visiting pattaya. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Some features looking a little tired but overall good. will continue to use this great hotel.

Big room, clean and affordable. Close to all the attractions but far enough that there is no noise at night.

Pigeons fouling on the balcony nesting behind ac very bad room very good well maintained staff very good overall good value also no noise at night but unless Pigeons are not dealt with won't stay again

Everything was great --- except the wifi. I spent far more time trying to connect than actually being connected. Rated with 3 stars only because everything else was good. But will not stay again due to wifi problems.

Excellent stay, the Location (walking distance to everything), hotel restaurant (excellent and fairly priced), basic room (large, the water pressure and temp was excellent, the bed was comfortable), swimming pool (was average only had sun from 10am-3pm) overall stay superior! All the staff were helpful, but the Lady at the Front desk was uninterested in being curious. They only give you 1 key card so it takes a few minutes for the room to cool, the A/C worked well but different to regulate temp. I would book this place again at the under $35 price point.

Clean room, and staff helpful. The location was perfect no noice.
