Reception and stairways smell of vomit. Room absolutely tiny. Toilet pretty much in shower tray in smallest bathroom I have ever seen. But bed was fine. I booked at midnight same night as I needed it so can’t complain too much.

Good location central to shops,theatres pubs,staff were helpful

rooms were good the shower i had in my room was okay but could have been better but overall it was a good stay

Not the friendliest of reception lady but the young man evening shift was lovely and helpful. My room was spotless and housekeeping did an excellent job. As there are no breakfasts served it would be a good idea to maybe have a bit more on offer other than tea or coffee. Also this is the first hotel i have stayed in where they charge you £5.00 for WiFi. Really that is dinosaur days. Don't really know if you would class it as family friendly, as was pointed out to me it's an ok hotel because it's a great location. The shops nearby are good and there is a Tube station 10 mins from hotel

Clean, warm room. Needs more toilet rolls and double glazing cos of the flight path apart from that no problems at all with the hotel.

Basic clean hotel. Lots of stairs and no lift. Pleasant enough.

Great for a 1 night stop. Would book again.

It was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and polite. It's a basic hotel at a reasonable price.
