location, location, loation

The room was clean and big, BUT the beds were very uncomfortable. The listing shows an outdoor recreation area but you need key access and apparently was not part of the room price. Very noisy, but that would be expected as right in the centre of the CBD and across from busy night spots.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and in the past few years the hotel quality is rapidly growing downhill. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The location is perfect. Unfortunately the customer service is poor. In this last stay the elevators weren't working, so I called the number I was given to let them know and hope to be given alternatives. I won't say the person was totally bad as she eventually called the appropriate help, but I had to force the situation on her before she actually did something. Other people were going down using the stairs but this was a one way. Once downstairs you couldn't use the stairs to go back up as the door locks behind you. It's a shame that the customer service is poor because this hotel is very convenient.

The Executive Apartment was spacious, comfortable & well equipped with a lovely outlook. We enjoyed the central location and all this came at a good price; would happily stay again.

Bed was comfortable. Area was quiet. Very old rug/flooring and apartment had an off smell. Parking is expensive and a huge hassle. Not having the front desk staffed was very inconvenient. Not having housekeeping was very inconvenient as well. No one to ask for extra trash bags, coffee bags, or towels. Having in suite laundry was helpful.

Poor customer service. The online check-in system didn’t work, and because reception is unmanned I had to call staff to help me access my key. Instead of helping professionally, the staff member was rude and blamed me for not following instructions. They never acknowledged the issue with their system.

Clean easy and hady

I received several emails and texts about checking in, with confusing and contradictory information. The final text had clear, easy instructions that worked perfectly. The apartment itself was comfortable, with all the expected furniture and kitchenware, but some kitcheneare was on shelves way above my head. Good thing I did not need to use those items. The location was excellent, and perfect for my trip. I will definitely be staying there again.

Great location, comfortable beds, self check in was simple. A little street noise but you are heart of the city with trams going by. Great self contained apartment
