Staff are very polite and accommodating to everyone’s needs. Breakfast was great and service was excellent. Overall a wonderful place to stay

Nice, clean room but there were no towels (not even one) when we get to our room. We had to ask for it and it was delivered few minutes later. The staff were helpful. Suggestions: make the check-in time earlier like 1 or 2 pm NOT 3pm. Check the rooms thoroughly to make sure towels or any essentials are available before marking the room ready for guests. Overall, it was nice, comfortable stay.

June 12-14, 2026. Check was smooth. In the room, there were only two towels for three people. Also we had a notice that there would be loud music for an event. Then the wall sockets didn’t have electricity. And at checkout they wanted to charge me again for breakfast I already paid. Not a good experience.

Nice hotel.

I rarely write reviews, but my stay at Sheraton was so exceptional I had to share. From check-in to checkout, everything was seamless. The front desk greeted us warmly and Jen’s was very accommodating. The room itself was spotless, modern, and surprisingly quiet despite the hotel being fully booked. The bed was genuinely the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on – those sheets alone deserve five stars. Blackout curtains actually worked, and the shower had instant hot water with great pressure (a small thing that matters hugely). Breakfast was included, which can often be a sad buffet of powdered eggs. Not here. Fresh omelets made to order and a lot of varieties to choose from. Location was perfect and fast WiFi

I had an amazing stay. But the brekafast is not good.

I like the hotel because it's connected to a mall and 2 other hotels. You can walk around inside , much cooler than going outside. Pool was refreshing. Gym was nice. Staff are incredibly polite and so nice.

Our stay at Sheraton Manila Hotel in Newport was excellent. The staff were awesome, friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast had a great selection with delicious options. One of the best features was the convenient connection to the mall, which made dining and shopping very easy. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.
