Check in time was 3pm. We arrived to check in 4pm and front desk informed us our room not available. And was told we have to wait. Stating we emailed you yesterday that the room you reserve, Hotel cannot guarantee availability. Unbelievable . As if it was my fault picking that room. If I knew that prior to booking I would have never book that reservation. After a long trip and told we have to wait for availability Was totally unacceptable Specially coming Sheraton hotel! Very disappointing. We were able to check in after 40 mins wait. Manager talk to us and extended our check out But our flight was early in the morning. So it was worthless. Hotel Management could have done better.

The room was in great shape but I think the service could have been better. Our bags were not delivered in our room until an hour later. If I didn't call the front desk, it would have probably taken longer. In addition, there was a leftover underwear by the jacuzzi area which was an oversight of the cleaners. Apart from that, it was good. I just wished the service could have been more clockwork.

The staff are helpful and courteous . We had a pleasant stay.

A most excellent stay with the most caring, earnest, kind and compassionate staff. They make you feel like family here.

Staff are very polite and accommodating to everyone’s needs. Breakfast was great and service was excellent. Overall a wonderful place to stay

Nice, clean room but there were no towels (not even one) when we get to our room. We had to ask for it and it was delivered few minutes later. The staff were helpful. Suggestions: make the check-in time earlier like 1 or 2 pm NOT 3pm. Check the rooms thoroughly to make sure towels or any essentials are available before marking the room ready for guests. Overall, it was nice, comfortable stay.

June 12-14, 2026. Check was smooth. In the room, there were only two towels for three people. Also we had a notice that there would be loud music for an event. Then the wall sockets didn’t have electricity. And at checkout they wanted to charge me again for breakfast I already paid. Not a good experience.

Nice hotel.

I rarely write reviews, but my stay at Sheraton was so exceptional I had to share. From check-in to checkout, everything was seamless. The front desk greeted us warmly and Jen’s was very accommodating. The room itself was spotless, modern, and surprisingly quiet despite the hotel being fully booked. The bed was genuinely the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on – those sheets alone deserve five stars. Blackout curtains actually worked, and the shower had instant hot water with great pressure (a small thing that matters hugely). Breakfast was included, which can often be a sad buffet of powdered eggs. Not here. Fresh omelets made to order and a lot of varieties to choose from. Location was perfect and fast WiFi
