Very clean, updated and staff friendly. Parking lots were a close walk. Breakfast good and restaurants for dinner in very close walking distance. No bathtub in the room, only shower. Also “onsen” is not mineralized, just hot chlorinated water. Easy to access one of the three private baths, with a short wait time. The ambiance in the baths was very relaxing and there’s an adjacent room with a massage chair and ice cream or a milky drink to enjoy after the bath.

Bedding is very uncomfortable. The rooms are super small. Offsite parking requires a shuttle service and can be painful during busy times. The Onsen is nice though.

Friendly staffs assisted with check in quickly and they arrested always prompt in assistance whenever necessary. The hotel provide free self service laundry, you only need to pay for the dryer usage. There are 3 different sizes of private onsen which you can use 1pax, 2-3pax, 3-4pax. Usage time is limited to 30mins per session. There is also a men and women onset for usage if you do not want to wait. In the evening the hotel provide free ramen for their guests from 10pm-11pm. Overall a very nice hotel with good facilities and friendly staffs.

The front desk staff were not the friendliest or the most helpful. Checking in was not the best experience. The room we originally ordered was supposed to have one double bed, but it had two single (tiny) beds pushed together with a board between them. We asked to change to a better room and were charged extra for a larger room with two double beds. (not big) The breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff were great. The location was good. The hotel was very busy and perhaps that is why the staff was stressed. The view we had in our second room was great.

Convenient location and friendly staff

Property is walking distance to the Furano station. Onsen is available for ladies/ gents (public) and three private rooms. Our stay was on a weekday and there was no or little waiting time even during the peak hours of 7-8.30 pm. Our room reservation came with breakfast. Spread was reasonable and wished that they had more varieties especially when our stay was more than two days. Walking distance to food with 10minutes.

Very close to JR station and walkable to a lot of restaurants near by, very convenient. Free ramen noodles on the evening, coffee, tea. Orange juice and ice cream bars for hotel guests was a plus . The staffs are nice and attentive, can’t ask for more.

Room is clean and staffs are helpful although better understanding of English would be welcome

Nice room, good onsen, great views. Convenient location, local bus to ski slopes also available 5min walk away.
