Clean room. Friendly staff. Great location to access sites in the Old City as well as to east toward the Ping River and street food. The only complaint was that during our week long stay, we were without hot water 4 times. The staff was responsive each time but the root cause was not fixed during our stay.

My stay was really great, and the main reason was that the staff was wonderful. Whether is was at check in or check out, or at the restaurant or bar, everyone was so kind, friendly, and ready to help. The hotel is also beautiful, and ideally situated. Would go again for sure!

Beautiful landscape for within the city, and the restaurant on site was delicious if you want something onsite. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back again when I’m in Chiangmai.

最高 The staff are amazing. They helped us book a last minute cooking class that worked for our schedule and logistics. The location is also very convenient to the night market and lots of food markets.
