Good location

The counter staff was not helpful. It seems like they are out of business.

Spacious room, quick check in, decent lobby. Great options in the area.

Safe area and good location for activities on the South side of the island. Clean but simple accommodations with friendly, courteous staff. Uncomfortable beds, it feels more like a box spring than a mattress. It felt particularly worse after being tired from hiking up Hallasan. I wouldn't recommend breakfast at all though, it's not worth it unless you love scrambled eggs and toast and that's all you want to eat......

The room was clean and big. It is near to many restaurants, very convenient to stay.

JungMoon City Hotel was a very pleasant place to stay. The staff were receptive, rooms clean and comfortable. I recommend it to other travelers to explore. The only challenge is the language since the evening staff was not quite conversant with English. It takes a longer time to have a communication understood.
