最高 Room was spacious and clean . Staff were very helpful throughout from front desk to housekeeping . Location is convenient and will select this hotel for next visit .

良い This review is for the family room. It’s outdated compared to other floors. The furniture was rundown and unfortunately the room has some funky smell. Location is great and staff were helpful.

良い Good location.
Very noisy AC; no dehumidifier option. Check the room description carefully before booking. If it says queen bed, no option for swapping to 2 single ones unless you pay way more.

Great hotel in a good location. 5mins walk to local MTR.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Upon arrival our room wasn’t ready as we were a little early however we were surprised by a wonderful upgrade to a Suite.
The room was excellent! Nice modern decor with plenty of room and seating area. Bathroom was big and nicely decorated too.
The only downfall was found the aircon system very difficult to set.
Upon departure the hotel concierge helped us prebook airport taxi.
Very efficient and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hard bed, so even when my husband toss and turn, I can feel the movement and my sleep was disturbed. First few days, shower toilet was choked everytime we shower and have to wait for water to slowly drained off, but after I feedbacked this to the chamber maid, she immediately got someone to fix it, and it was perfect draining off thereafter. Should have feedback about this from the start. Chamber maid who did my room 702 was very good and responsible. Breakfast was basic, not fantastic but enough for start of the day and it came free with the room

The best thing for this hotel is location.
The airport Bus 21 drops you off just a few meters from Hotel.
The Hotel is on very busy street with everything you need to explore Hong Kong
Few Minutes away (walkable distant) from the Metro Stations
One thing I need to mention breakfast is not good
