I was very impressed by the outstanding service from everyone at this hotel. They were all helpful, kind, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. I was full of questions about places to go for food, entertainment and more. They never felt frustrated with my inquiries, and it made for one of the more pleasant stays at any hotel I've been to. The establishment is 'dated', as in older. But the older hotels have much larger rooms than usual. It was clean, and that's important. Water pressure for the shower was good, too.

Though old hotel, but the upkeep is still descent. Room is big and clean.

I've stayed one week in this hotel. It is not very special but well enough. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the personal friendly and helpful. Hot water in the bathroom and good internet/wifi. The asian breakfast is quite extended, the western part of the buffet is reasonable. I would have enjoyed freshly grinded coffee. I just wish hotels would provide the rooms with soft-closing doors.

I have always enjoyed my stay at Baoson International Hotel for my business trips. Hanoi traffic and hustle bustle can be intimidating, however this hotel is well positioned in Hanoi City for me to travel to meetings and more importantly it also very easy and convenient to host business discussion over coffee and tea in the afternoon and evenings. There are shopping Malls and Restaurants within walk-in distance near by to help make up and fill the hours between business. The room are clean and the service attended are very good too.
