Ruby's is a beautiful spot in the middle of Queenscliff. The room was perfect for a cosy winter weekend and had everything we needed. We'll definitely be back.

What a great find ! A reasonable price that provided two spacious rooms , a comfortable bed , a decent ensuite , a friendly, interested host and located in such a central spot . The kitchenette meant we could self cater for breakfast and the ample apartment size meant it was easy to spread out and relax .

While the accommodation was clean and comfortable it is definitely not suitable for elderly people, whilst the stairs up to the accommodation are steep, but not too bad, the steps to the external door has no handrail which probably does not conform to regulations, however the apartment itself is on a couple of levels with no handrails or warnings in place at all plus when at the top of the stairs there is another step up/down from the landing which once again has no handrail or warning at all and is particularly dangerous when stepping down to the landing and indeed I had a nasty fall down the step. I would strongly suggest that the owners of this accommodation have it checked to ensure it conforms to current regulations or otherwise they face the risk of litigation if somebody has a fall and is seriously hurt sometime in the future,

Bare essentials

Quiet, central location close to Main Street, coffee, hotels. Lounge/dining and bedroom large and comfortable.

Great amenities, service and location. We will be back without a doubt.

Everything was ideal for what we needed. Only issue was that towels were rough and could be replaced
